It is a pleasure to have you here. My name is Sophi, I work with the Akashic Records, movement & embodiment, plant teachers, Earth wisdom, and so much more to help bring you back to your true nature. A state of love, trust, well-being, and centerdness in yourself.
I am passionate about helping people come home to themselves, create a clear connection to their intuition, develop their spiritual gifts, and embody a more harmonized and ritual filled way of being. A path that aligns with nature, honors our hearts, and creates powerful ripples effects in our communities and families.

Akashic Record Readings
Using the akashic records as a doorway we can explore who we are on a soul level, align with our higher selves, understand relevant aspects of our lives, receive high vibrational healing energy, and free up blockages to move through life feeling more whole and clear.

Sister Circles & Cacao Journeys
Sister circles are an opportunity for women to come together in an intentional environment to share from the heart, activate collective wisdom, and be held in the highs and lows of our lives. Sophi brings together various modalities - such as meditations, movement practices, deep listening, and ritual - to create a beautiful, nurturing, and transformational space.

Cacao is often served as well to open the heart, connect with emotions, and amplify intentions and prayers. Cacao also provides a boost of energy, antioxidants, helps stimulate blood flow, and a variety of other physical benefits, and has been used for many years by ancient cultures for ceremonial and medicinal purposes.
